Daniel Dębecki has been running his own law practice as a legal advisor since the year 2004. He specialises in commercial law and real estate, as well as company restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. The range of his activities also covers securities investments and advising on receivables market.

He successfully conducted very public court disputes on behalf real estate, machinery and food sector entities.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.

In the years 1999-2000 he acted as a judicial supervisor, trustee and curator in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

Author of many research works and articles concerning legal, tax and business issues. During his years of professional practice, he has prepared and carried out numerous trainings in restructuring and bankruptcy law for banks, financial institutions and candidates for members of supervisory boards of companies of State Treasury.

Commentator and guest of many television programmes (among others Polsat, TVP 2, TVP, TVP 3).

A member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2013.
