Magdalena Biedrzycka has over 10 years of professional experience in legal services for economic operators. She runs her own law firm MBA LAW Kancelaria Adwokacka and cooperates with Salire Kancelaria Prawna. She acts as an economic mediator in the Mediation Centre of the Polish Bar Council.

She conducts the current service for entrepreneurs and is responsible for negotiating agreements and mediation. She advises economic operators on restructuring and insolvency paying special attention to securing the personal property of entrepreneurs and their families. She represents Clients in court proceedings regarding, among others, liability of board members, infringement of business names, and claims due to inadequate performance of the agreement, as well as restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies “Academy of Companies” at Warsaw School of Economics. She is currently completing postgraduate studies in “Restructuring and bankruptcy law” at the Łazarski University in Warsaw.

She is interested in personal and business development, as well as management of finances. According to the Gallup test, one of her main skills is solving problems.
