Paulina Kamińska-Larem has over 10 years of professional experience in consultancy on civil, commercial, building, restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as on public procurement law. She has represented many clients in civil and economic suits and in administrative proceedings.

She advises clients in complex court disputes, including insolvency issues, such as actio pauliana, subsidiary liability of the board for the company’s obligations, ban on the conduct of any business activity or personal and property liability of the management board for failing to file for bankruptcy on time.

Highly experienced in drafting agreements and legal opinions within the scope of civil, building and company law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in the year 2009. She has been a legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2014.
