Anita Żołyniak-Piętka has over 10 years of professional experience in advising on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, as well as commercial and civil law for economic operators. She also specialises in handling personal insolvencies. She has coordinated many investment projects in energy, food and automobile sectors.

She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and from law apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

A graduate of “English and European Union Law” course conducted by the British Law Centre. She is currently completing postgraduate studies in “Restructuring and bankruptcy law” at the Łazarski University in Warsaw.

She is the author of numerous publications on bankruptcy and restructuring law. She has been a delegate of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw to the National Congress of Legal Advisors since 2016. Form 2020 member of Regional Disciplinary Court at Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
